Rooms are clean and modern and hotel is in a fantastic location. This was my 2nd stay in this hotel and I feel it is very good value for a beachfront place. The only negative is that the reception staff are a bit abrupt/rude, but i would put this down to language differences. All in all i would recommend.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The first night (witch we have booked through you) we stayed everything was amazing, stuff, service, cleaness! But when we went back for one more night it was terrible!!!!! Ofcourse the room was very nice but the one receptionist ( i dont remember his name- his eyes looked a little bit chinese) was very roud! The police took our car because the guy that was responsible for our car took the money withought putting on the car the paper that shows that you are a hotel resident. And we had to wait from 9:00 until 14:00 for the to deside whether they would give us another car to do everything we had to do cause at 21:00 our plane was leaving! There were 2 receptionist at that time the one was very polite and he really tried to help us but the other one was blocking him all the time!!!!!! We asked for the Manager but he never showed up and when we asked to at least talk with him on the phone the receptionist refused it! Also i was talking to hime trying to understand what was going on and he was just ignoring me!!!! Really NOT the man for that job!!!!

Rooms are sufficient and slightly larger than usual for a standard room. Buffet breakfast was sufficient and the rooftop pool was small but nice. Also the view from the rooftop is very nice, perfect picture of Copacabana, you can also see the Christ Redeemer statue to the back of the hotel. Good location and service from the staff was nice.

with the exception of the first night when our double room wasn't available we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is excellent for Copacabana beach.
