| I was most impressed to be greeted personally by the young lad on the Reception Desk after only one previous stay at the hotel. He remembered where I was from (Ilha Grande) and the name of my Pousada. |

| My room was spacious and although located at the front of the hotel it was whisper quiet. Friendly room service and efficient reception staff. They even advised me to make all my bookings through the internet as it was cheaper than booking directly through the hotel! |

| Being situated at City center, it gives goog accessibility to all kind of activities. Plus, a large restaurant with very goog food: buffet or à la carte. Abondant free breakfast. Large and quiet room with air conditioning. |
