| Suite very much as we remember from the hotel being a Sheraton 6 years ago. Dorisol have done the minimum refurbishment to make it acceptable. The outside of the building is very dirty, and gives a poor appearance when arriving. Also, the pantwork in the reception area is worn and dirty. The lifts are slow and don´t always stop at the requested floor. The corridors look tired and could do with freshening up. The bathrooms similarly could do with updating. The breakfast was excellent, and it is the only hotel I have been to where the chef checked the temperature of items in the bain-maries, and iced water. The manobristas and front door staff were very helpful - the reception was less helpful, and checking in and out took a very long time. On checking in,the receptionist insisted that we had half board, which included dinner but NOT breakfast, and that we would have to pay for breakfast. This was not the case, and we were not charged for breakfast. Bar staff, and the pool area are great. |
