| It seems that it was a good place to spend part of the vacations time years ago but not at present time. Hotel employees do their best effort to offer a good service and to give you reasons to feel comfortable, but hotel facilities need a serious revamping. Restaurant menu is not as good as you desire and quiet limited in its scheduled guest attention. Rooms need maintenance, painting and new appliances. Nevertheless it was a good stay because sunny days, nice view of the beach and great sand dunes cross country. |

| The hotel is quite satisfactory but 5 stars it is not. Lots and lots of kids. The hotel service is quite good and prices reasonable. Rooms are large but the hotel shows its age. Overall a good value but not my favorite Natal hotel. |
