| The hotel is nicely located. Near the falls, but kind of distant from downtown. It was way under my expactations, though. Specially because of the incompatibility between the hotel homepage description and the hotel actual hotel amenities. The rooms are simple and clean. But the sheets, the matress cover, the matress itself and the towels were all worn-out. The dinner buffet is good. The staff and the hotel personel were gentle in general. The deorganization showed itself when I was presented to a twin bed room. I had made a reservation for a double bed room and imediately argued about it. In about 5 minutes I was directed to a double bed room. There was the two of us, I and my girlfried, on the second day they didn't leave a second set of towels in the room. The front desk personal would present themselves kind of unprepaired when confronted with some tourism questions and with some guest situations. On the morning I left they couldn't explain why the shuttle was not available to take us to the airport. We went by cab. Finally, I've forgot an orthodontic mouth piece in the room. Called right after I got home, but they've never called me back. I've called a coulpe of days later only to be informed that nothing was found. |

| The rooms are just basic with not many frills. Altough the hotel was not located in the village, it was close to the airport and to the falls. The breakfast was really good. You have a big choice of food. |
