The hotel is also located in a quite part of the city and close to the daily happenings so you can't miss anything |

| we stayd a week it great but the have too say to every customer that every thing is upstars iff they don,t say we dont now in the top there is a swimming pool a terras ,iff you go in the hotel you can,t see it there is. |

| Greatly situated, only 5 minutes from city center, room large and comfortable, restaurant good. But the service was terrible - first day no towels in the bathroom, second day no toilet paper and we realized it at 11 PM, and it took an hour and a half to get it, the staff was definitely unpolite, always shocked by our requests which were basic ones, if I was the manager I would fired some persons there. I don't recommend that hotel even though the location is probably among the best in town. |

| The room are excellent except the internet connection that they need to fix it up. The breakfast brunch was not too great to eat in the morning before a busy business day in Sarajevo. The location is a bit far away from the centre of place but if you wish to have a nice walk - it is really about 10 - 15 mins away (not 5 mins) At least all of it - it is worthwhile place to stay to enjoy the peace evening after a busy day! |
