The room was normal standard and good for that price. Restaurant and food was exelent.
Minus for the location. Litle bit far from the center for walking.

Hotel service, was great.1 person was going with a walking stik and the personal in reception, offert two double rums lower and near ground floor, as soon as they saw him, so all together we was very satisfired with hotel and there service.And taxi are a cheap way to travel, but at nigth, you migth ask for price if you take pirate taxi.

After one night in a ground floor room which was very small and dark with tiny bathroom, we were moved to the 1st floor into a very nice, clean, modern and comfortable room with nice large bathroom. Few details missing: towel rails and bedside lamps. Breakfast very good and can be taken any time by 11.00am but juice not included. Location not so good for those with mobility problems (quite a steep walk from Grbavica suburb). On the other hand, taxi is so cheap in Sarajevo that you don't have to walk to the hotel.
