Location perfect in the center of Sarajevo. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Room great - except TV reception was very poor. But the hotel let down by its restaurant. As a business traveller on one's own one often wants to eat in the hotel restaurant. But not here - it's in a dark and cramped basement : and the quality of food at breakfast didn't inspire much confidence. There's a spacious unused mezzanine floor : why not have the restaurant there ?

The hotel was very friendly and the propertly is nicely located near the old city. The hotel itself smells very strongly of tobacco smoke and the room quality or amenities are not to a 4 star standard. The other Hotel Astra Granni, just 100 yards away and owned by the same company, is much nicer.

Room was modern, clean, and everything worked.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
