Everything is very good, the location is excellent, the staff helpful and nice and the breakfast fine. But they charge for Internet use as it if was gold.

I have stayed here frequently but had not been in it since early this year. The staff hace always been excellent and its location is hard to beat. However, it was showing serious signs of wear and tear. Therefore, I was very pleased to see on this visit that a major refurbishment programme is underway. I was in one of the revamped rooms and it was excellent. With this improvement an already good package just got better.

Good hotel location, very close to Rogier Metro station. Big, spacious rooms. Furniture, carpets, bathroom, were old and timeworn. Wall surfaces were in some cases dirty. Breakfast was good. Bed bugs appeared in the room of another colleague, the situation was handled with care and professionalism by the hotel management. Overall: this could have been a very good hotel, but it lacks proper maintenance, and it needs renovation. Possibly is worn down because it is a very busy place. Wifi is NOT freely available, and the two computers at the lobby are not enough to cover the needs of customers. I would not pick this hotel to stay again.

Centrally located. Soap dispenser in bath/shower is inconveniently placed.Extractor over bath/shower was throwing cold year instead of extracting.

Excellent location, Very Good Breakfast, Very comfortable and clean rooms, Excellent Service. If the price is a bargain, go for it !

The standard rooms are OK, perhaps a little more space for storing clothes will be welcome. Breakfast is quite acceptable. The general ambiance of the hotel is modern and clean. On of the best aassets is its good location, both for tourism (15 min walk to Grande Place) and for work (well communicated by metro and bus).

Although rooms are a bit small the hotel offers good value. Breakfast is excellent. Staff very helpful and location of hotel is excellent.

Room satisfactory;good breakfast..

The initial impression of the Hotel was an impressive sight. Great entrance lobby with the reception desk large enough to cope with multiple arrivals. The rooms were a good size with large picture window looking over the roof tops of Brussels. The only down side was only 1 coffee serving each. Great breakfast in the morning which set us up for the day. Easy to access and fairly central to the shopping areas. Close to the underground metro and tram systems. Great place to use as a base for a wonderful weekend.
