Sheraton Brussels Hotel and Tower, Brussels

Very good location, very spacious rooms but overall antiquated. Breakfast was expensive (€26) but was extraordinary.

Sheraton Brussels was fantastic. Room size was 35 m3 or maybe more, which had 2 double beds; very nice. The breakfast had a great variety and was fresh; the staff were very helpful and willing. The location was just right as well, you could walk to the grand place for only 10 mins and there are many shops nearby also C2 Mall. Rogier station is adjacent to the hotel and from it you could go to any attraction in Brussels. The disadvatages were chargeable internet in room and chargeable parking, but all other hotels do the same anyways, so Sheraton is still the best in other fields I´d say. I would stay again if I go back to Brussels.

Good location. Very close to nord station, city center end metro station. Clean rooms and friendly staff. But not as comfortable as a five star hotel. It's like a four star hotel.

Breakfast was good.But no wifi in the rooms.

Overall I would not rate this Hotel a five star hotel i would only give it a 4 had a pleasant stay, some of the toilets in the hotel were not up to scratch. Staff were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Check in a little slow.

The Hotel was listed as a 5* hotel, there is NO way I would give it a 5* rating, maybe a 4*, the toilets outside the restaurant were filthy to say the least! I walked into them after breakfast one morning and nearly threw my breakfast back up! I came out & tried to speak to the receptionist outside the restaurant to inform her of same, but she was too busy to talk to me. I most certainly wouldn't be rushing back to this hotel.

Well located, comfortable room, great breakfast, staff very friendly, sauna and pool in top floor very convenient to relax after work. Only weakness: could have free wifi in all rooms, not only in lobby.

Check in fast and pleasant. Rooms ready at 11.00a.m. No problem getting bathrobes slippers and hairdryer to room. Breakfast absolutely superb best ever. Concierge a bit unfriendly. Look forward to going back again
