very good breakfast, nice service,rooms are spacious but would need a bit of renovation, for Ixelles/Place Flagey and Avenue Louise well located

Too much space. Bed was not strong. Room smelling stale not fresh at all. Requested for iron, never got one, so wore clothes rumpled. Receptionist was not friendly at all. Maybe because we couldn't speak French.

Hotel un peu loin du centre. Moquette et peinture à rafraichir, il fait très chaud dans les chambres. Points positifs, personnel serviable, internet gratuit et excellent petit déjeuner

The hotel is located in a very nice Luise area, easy to reach by tram & bus & metro. The rooms are quite big and comfortable. Breakfast is quite good thanks to its large buffet.

The hotel is billed as 4-star but is probably closer to a 2-star on consideration. The rooms needed refurbishing 10 years ago, the shower didn't work, there was no telephone in the room and English TV was only available in subtitled programs. The only plus point was that the rooms were large and clean. This is only a 4-star if the scale goes to 10.

Very large rooms, very rich breakfast, friendly staff. It only needs some adjustments regarding the room interior.All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

The staff at this hotel were great, very helpful and they could speak several languages without any problems. We were given a duplex apartment, which was massive and very clean. My only objection would be that the room needs re-decorating, particularly the toilets, they need updating a little, but for the price we paid, it definitely did the job. Also, the hotel is situated right outside the tram stop, very convenient.
