| I booked this hotel as I had previously stayed there, however I was extremely disappointed with the room and service this time. The room was very dark, it took 2 days to repair lighting. The room was too small for 3 people. When I complianed and requested a move the staff claimed not to understand. I was told we had booked a cheap room. This was not the case, we had booked a standard room. 480 euros is not cheap. The hotel is also being renovated which I was not previously informed of before staying there. I hope you convey my grave concerns to the hotel. The staff were extremely unhelpful. |

| Very efficient and friendly service. Decor in the rooms a bit tatty but the breakfast was excellent. The location is ideal for all major city centre sights. |
