This charming 4-star hotel, formerly the hotel Cecil, was built in 1902 at the height of the Art Nouveau movement. Très bruyant et mal isolé... Très mauvais petit déjeuner... Nous étions dans l'annexe sans avoir été prévenu sur le site.... Chambres spacieuses et très propre. Very noisy... Very bad breakfast...
