Restaurants & Bars

The Restaurant « Le Chalet d'Odin » is open Monday to Friday from 12.00 h to 14.00 h and from 19.00 h to 22.00 h and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. The Chef, Sébastien Lemmens (Delta de Bronze de la Gastronomie 2002), suggests a French innovative refined cuisine prepared from the best of fresh produce but also temporary culinary festivals and special events. For lunch or dinner up to 15 people you can reserve the private dining room « Le Fjord ». The « Stefany's » bar is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and is open every day from 11.00 h to 01.00 o'clock in the morning. Light meals and snacks are also available for lunch or dinner. Guests are also welcome for tea time

Facilities & Services

The fitness centre is open every day from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption. It is reserved for the residential guests only and is equipped with a wide range of material. It is situated on the - 3 basement level of the hotel. A sauna and a sun-bed are also at your disposal; the sauna is available from 6 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. and tokens for the sun-bed can be bought at reception. The hotel also proposes two types of massage; Swedish and Swedish with essential oils

large well equipped room. Very comfortable. Lousy view. Noisy building work opposite. Good service. Breakfast very poor - complained about lack of choice Didn't eat dinner there. Biggest disappointment was the absence of the indoor pool - the very reason for choosing this hotel. "closed due to lack of supervision". Still being advertised on their website.

We found the Bristol Stephanie to be a quiet and well run hotel. Thje breakfasr buffet is outstanding; the evening dining room is too formal and neighbourhood restauraunts provide excellent food at better prices. The room was comfortable and well furnished; the bathroom was really splendid. The location is excellent for sight-seeinin Brussels; the staff should pay attention to helping strangers use the excellent public transit system (e.g where to pay; how much the fares are; and the like).

The hotel was fair value.The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast service and food was not up to standard represented.I actually unusually made the management aware of the shortcomings. The location was 25 minutes walk from certre but near a premier shopping street.Know better hotels in Brussels with lower grades.

Very nice and big rooms. Fresch bathroom. Missing some minor items such as shoepolish, sewingkit, bathfoam that you usually get in 5 stars hotels. Very nice breakfast.

I like Bristol Stephanie a lot. Big rooms. Clean. Nice bathroom with heated floor. I get nice room even with a low price. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Near Metro and tram and citylife.
