| As a young couple just looking for somewhere nice to stay for a few days, the hotel was great. It was a 10 minute taxi ride away from the midi station (eurostar) but right by the Grand Sablon, very conveniently located in the centre of things. There was a 5-10 minute walk down little cobbled streets to the Grand Place and lots of nice little restaurants, bars, and CHOCOLATE SHOPS! The hotel was great for what we paid (we managed to get a really cheap late deal through yeego.com, however the hotel was still really good even if you paid slightly more.) We were put in a large, but cosy room which had a double bed, minibar, safe, and a nice clean bathroom. The decor was cream and red which made it quite homely to return to in the evening. The breakfast for good(especially as it was included in the price) which consisted of; scrambled egg, little sausages, mushrooms and beans; cereals, toast, rolls, pastries, fruit, yoghurt; juices, tea, coffee, etc, what you'd really expect in a european hotel. The staff were really friendly and said hello everytime we passed in and out. The only one bad thing that we encountered during our stay, was that on two occassions when returning to our room, there was a funny smell, as though a pipe had burst somewhere. However, this wasn't too bad as we just opened the window for a few minutes and it soon went away. Overall, we had a very pleasent stay and I'd definately stay there again. |

| The Hesperia is a nice smallish Hotel. Only blip was getting smoking room when non-smoking booked. Otherwise, clean & friendly, with free internet and very good breakfast. 10 mins from Grand Place Very good value. |

| It was my second time there. The rooms are comfprtable and the hotel location is superb, near beautiful Sablon. Excellent breakfast, plenty of free newspapers. Only one hitch: wifi connectivity is poor on second floor. |
