there was no refrigerator and kettle in the room

This is a poorly run hotel that does not deserve even 4 stars (let alone 5). The room (No 213)had large stains on the walls and carpet (we notified the reception but they did not even react...), the once white curtains were grey (had not been washed for ages...), the air freshener device was malfunctioning and the room was freezing, the staff read our breakfast order forms not litterally but as "indicative" of what we wanted, thus bringing to the room whatever was convenient to them and NOT what we had ordered (and they did so by charging a surplus of 8.40 euros per day for room service...). The standard room was small, but bedding was good and bathroom and WC were up to standards.

all was perfect : the room (which were an outclassed room), the decoration of the hotel on christmas period, the welcome, the breakfast...there was only the renovation of the bathroom which was disappointing
