| As I arrived at the hotel I was told by the receptionist that there were no non-smoking rooms available (although I had asked for one when I made the reservation). My room was well equipped as you would expect from a four star hotel and the bed comfortable. However my room was located directly facing a very busy road on the 2nd floor and the windows not soundproof - hence it was very noisy during the night.Also there didn´t seem to be any heating in the room and it was very cold during the night. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful. |
