I am normally satisfied staying at this hotel but this time I have the following complaints. The shower basin was chipped,the upper floor room was noisy especially early in the morning and there was no hot water[For teas etc.] during breakfast.

excellent facilities for the price. Buffet breakfast offered extensive choice and the staff were all friendly. The room was tidy and well presented and hotel is very convenient for access from the airport.
