| A pleasant hotel and nice service. It took some time to get used to the state of the art key card lock system (which was in addition to the room lock necessary for e.g. elevator and ground floor lavatories). Some information would be beneficial in that respect. |

| Fantastic hotel in very central location. Room was just lovely. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food and drinks were quite expensive, but the service was really good and you do get a lot for your money. |
