I did not like this Hotel. It‘s location is in an unpleasant part of town and it was quite expensive. I could not see any restaurants or shops or anything in the neighborhood that you normally would see in other parts of Brussels. The Hotel itself is not bad but I would not stay in this part of town unless you are saving a significant amount of money and don’t have any other choice.

The hotel was much better than I had expected. The immediate surroundings are somewhat shady (especially if you arrive late in the evening as I did). The service was nice when I arrived. The structure is complex because it is made up of a number of former residential buildings. The room was excellent. The breakfast was satisfactory. I don't like it when hotels charge for internet access.

PLUS points: Perfect situation, great breakfast + v. friendly restaurant staff. Rooms warm, and v. well serviced. Lovely little pub across the square (O'Brillo); lots of parking. Extra pillows on request. MINUS points: Room (102) a bit cramped. Stairs not vacuumed and a bit 'uneven'.

Nice, clean rooms. Food OK but would have preferred fresh milk for cereals.We were not told of the finishing times for cooked breakfasts.Bar closed at 23.00. Located next to very busy road. Unable to sleep with windows open and the building temperature was very warm. Staff OK but not very talkative.
