| Rooms comfortable, air conditioning works well, good breakfast, newspapers available, staff very kind and excellent location. My rating is 9 instead of ten only because one weakness: internet prices are outrageous. |

| Have stayed at this hotel on many occasions alway get a good rate as it's really a business hotel and they are not busy Friday to Sunday, 5 minute walk to the Grand Plaze good for bars and restraunts. |

| Great hotel, clean and conveniently located off the Grand Place (although quite tricky to find). Staff were very friendly and when they hadn't booked me a non-smoking room upgraded me free of charge! Taxi was not booked by reception which was frustrating as they are difficult to find in Brussels. Breakfast was pretty good too. Would highly recommend this hotel. |
