Excellent location, very good breakfast, helpful and nice staff. Rooms very clean and quiet, only problem regulating the water temperature in the shower. I do reccommend this hotel.

This used to be my favourite hotel in Brussels. This was now my third visit and I must say that the two previous ones have been better. The staff is kind and helpful, and the location is perfect. However, the hotel does need some renovation. For instance, in our first room the window did not close at all. Well, we got another room with no delay but still...It shouldn't be like this. The hotel is also a bit noisy. At least, if your room happens to be next to the lifts. We would have also needed some more light in the bathroom. It was a bit too dark for my shaving and my wife's make-up. The breakfast was just OK but some of the tables were dirty even before anybody had sit down. We might return to this hotel once again but I will certainly check the other options first.

La habitación que nos dieron olia mucho a humedad en el baño, desagradable, nos cambiaron y nos dieron una de frente a la calle, muy ruidosa y molesta por los luminosos del propio hotel cuya luz incide dentro de la habitación y deja claridad aun cerrando las cortinas. Teniendo en cuenta que solicite una habitación con poco ruido me dieron la que mas tenia. Ubicacion correcta pero no volveria a ese hotel me decantaria por otro de los NH que hay en los alrededores. En definitiva no he observado un correcto trato para facilitar al cliente lo que este necesita para un correcto descanso.
