| Everything was o.k. Nice and quiet room, friendly staff, lunch opportunites brilliant, good bar and customer oriented bar staff. I would book this hotel next time again. |

| The staff were very helpful and I enjoyed my second stay at the hotel. I will go back in the future as its location is ecellent and the level of service is what I would expect, I was particular impressed with helpfulness of receptionstaff and the hard work of those behind the scenes in particular the cleaners |

| Great hotel, newly refurbed NH, very helpful staff. Avenue Louise is a great place to stay - probably more so for pleasure than business - and there are some nice places close by to eat outside. Easy to miss entrance, but hotel staff were very helpful with directions. |

| The room was not large but comfortable enough - Very clean and well furnished however no coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold options. Hotel staff were very helpful. Location is very convenient but ask for a rear room since there is quite a bit of street noise at the front of the hotel |
