I travel a lot, this hotel is one of the best in Brussels. Good location, clean very god and helpful front desk staff specially Mr MC who always happy and service minded and it is no problem he can solve. I recommended 10 of my colleague from other EU cities to stay in your hotel when we had meeting in Brussels last time and they have been very satisfy by your hotel as I am. And of course Mr Hedi Hamzaoui and he’s team at the breakfast who make you feel at you are at home and quality of your breakfast is very god, fresh, clean and nice atmosphere. Everything is perfect with this hotel, I will always stay in hotel Bloom when I am in Brussels. Thank you for all good and professional service.

During the reservation the web site stated that: “Final Price - NO EXTRAS! All Taxes/Fees INCLUDED!”, but the hotel charge extra city tax (5€) and this is annoying. In addition to this: nice room, comfortable, high quality. But poor bathroom compared to the general decoration.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Botanique metro station. The white-and-green interior design might not suit everyone's taste but the room was large enough, with a big and confortable bed and up-to-date equipment (flat TV with music player connection, free Wi-Fi, free bottles of water in the fridge). Tow minor defects though : lack of storage space for clothes and noise insulation that could be better (room was on street side). Staff was friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate, with a rather large choice, including fresh fruit juices and salads. Value for money was among the best I've experienced so far, and I'll surely go back to this hotel next time I visit Brussels.

The hotel was great with friendly staff and strategic location. I would also complement on the free Wi Fi. The breakfast was just good with pleanty of choices. the only negative point is that they need to supply the bathrooms with more and more showring stuff.

The hotel is quite qualified and above Brussels standarts. The breakfast served in a unique atmosphere and rich. There are coffee machines in the rooms and the bathroom is quite big. The only problem with the hotel is they are charging additional money in the name of city tax.
