In general the hotel is a good option. It is well placed, right at the back of Brugges main place, with good conections with the train station, which is the normal way to get into the city. But the cleaning of the bathrooms and the breakfast can be improvable.

Very central hotel lovely and clean, excellent staff. We did not have breakfast included as we had a very good price to start with. However, the breakfast was priced at 20euro which was very expensive. We ate out at 8 euro but would have preferred to eat breakfast at hotel and perhaps a simpler breakfast that was cheaper would be an idea.Wo

this hotel was fantastic, it was in the perfect location and the staff couldn't be any friendlier. upon arriving in our room our hot water tap didn't have much pressure, i we rang reception who sent the manager up who appologised by giving us a larger room and a free bar! winner. i would definately say this hotel should be a 4 star! and recomend it to anybody of any age! if i ever return to brugge i will definately use this hotel again!
