Nice room. Friendly staff. The hotel skuld have earned a far better rating if they had not used a plastic cover under the sheets that resulted in a sweaty night.

The main problem with this hotel is that the room doesn't have a thick courtain for the window, so that early in the morning sun light awaked us

Hotel was in a convenient location, close to Trains, clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and food was good. I would definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to book there again... if I get Back to Vienna

I stayed at the Mercure Westbahnhof for 2 nights. My overall experience at the hotel wasn't as good as I expected especially considering that the hotel boast a four star standard! The room was okay and the breakfast buffet was really good! However, I was quite frustrated when utilizing the TV as to change channels you have to browse though the menu all the time which was really annoying hence I just skipped utilizing the TV set! Second, there were absolutely no internet access for free in the hotel, you had to pay about 10 euros to be able to utilize their wi-fi! Third, the hotel really need a bit of renovation as the carpet and wallpaper really need to be renewed! For the same price and area in the city, you can have a way way better hotel room + services in Wien! I do not recommend this hotel and will not return to this hotel again unless they start a renovation program with better services offered to their customers.

High quality hotel...comfortable and spacy rooms...very clean, good breakfast..west banhof is just around the corner...the only drawback is the fact that check in was at 1400 oclock so after an early morning flight this is a problem..but only this!!

This was my first time booking with Yeego and it was a good experience. Everything went nice and smoothly. Yeego’s customer service was also very quick in replying to my questions. Generally, our stay in Mercure Westbahnhof is very pleasant. The hotel is just around 2 minutes walk from the Westbahnhof station and although the room showed its age, it’s clean so still acceptable. There is heating system so the room temperature is good, even in winter. The hotel’s system and service could be improved though. We had to change rooms twice before we were assigned the correct room. When I made the reservation, more than a month before the stay, I had already requested for double bed and non-smoking room. I was first given a single room with one small bed. Imagined how surprised I was. I went back down to the reception and told her that there was a mistake with the room. Next, we were assigned a smoking double bed room (actually it’s two twin beds pushed together). I had to go down to the reception again to change the room. Finally, I got the correct double bed, non-smoking room. Then prior to check-out I went to reception to request for late check-out at 12:30 (their check-out time is 12:00). It was already confirmed ok by the receptionist. On the check-out day, I went out in the morning and came back to the hotel around 11:30. Our hotel keys don’t work anymore. So we had to go back down to the reception again. The reception said “You’re checking out today right?” I told her I already requested for a late check-out at 12:30, plus it’s not even 12:00 yet. Finally, we were given access to our room again. The back and forth is really annoying and wasting time. There is always a line at the reception so I always had to wait to resolve such silly mistakes.

Nice rooms and very good breakfast. Perfekt location, just 100m from the U-bahn station. The best choice for the price we payed. Many thanks to Yeego.com. We recommend it to everyone.

Rooms are OK for somebody who not intend to spent his time in there. They are nice and clean, and the bathroom is comfortable. The breakfast is as for 4star hotel too. The negative points: the rooms are small, there is not enough shelvs for two people, there are no ports to connect photo camera to TVset to see the pictures, there was not suggested help to carry my luggage.

The service was pleasant and the breakfast was good. However you could barely swing a cat in the room.
