wie immer sehr zufrieden während des aufenthaltes. personal freundlich, minibar stets aufgefüllt, habe sogar ein kostenloses upgrade in höhere zimmerkategorie bekommen (das machen die manchmal, vorausgesetzt zimmer sind verfuegbar). lage ist sehr zentral, die ganze innenstadt, inkl. gastronomieangebot am abend, in wenigen minuten ereichbar. und auch wenn man aus der stadt hinausfahren muss (z.b. wegen kongress ausserhalb des zentrums) ist es mit den oeff. verkehrsitteln in wien absolut kein problem.

Das Hotel wie auch Personal ueberzeugten wieder mal. Es liegt zudem absolut zentral, unweit von beinahe allen Sehenswuerdigkeiten, die Wien im Zentrum zu bieten hat. Einzig das Fruehstuecksbueffet liesse noch paar Wünsche offen, vor allem wenn man gerne frisches Fruechte geniesst.

Absolute top Lage, schöne und moderne Einrichtung. Minibar zwar nicht überfüllt, dafür kostenlos. Lediglich vom Frühstücksbüffet hätte ich mehr erwartet, dafür zuvorkommendes Personal. Sicherlich zu empfehlen und wenn man früh genug bucht, ist auch der Preis für diese Hotelkategorie absolut in Ordnung.

The last time as i stayed there, the staff was very obliging and let me in the room longer than until check-out time, because i was very sick.

Plus: direct in the city, many points of interessts within walking distance, very comfortbale accomodation. Minus: insufficient places in the breakfast area(specially in the busy mornig time), neither a baby change room nor a diaper changing table in the whole hotel, ergo not family(baby)-friendly

Very good position: 10 min. walking from Graben and S. Stephen, U-Bahn station across the street.
The hotel is very clean and quiet, with good breakfast and nice employees.

When I visited Vienna in 2006 my wife and I stayed at a 5 star hotel.On this occasion my son and I stayed at this hotel because of its high rating and its location not far from the Hofburg and the museum quarter. Our experince justified that rating. I thought it was superior in all respects to the 5 star hotel apart from the bed which was still comfortable.What impressed us most was the ambience of the hotel.The bar area was among the best we had experienced and the efficiency and grooming of the bar and restaurant staff was exceptional in our view.If we wanted to be "picky" we could say more tha the one small cake of soap was inadequate.We would definitely stay there again.
