A very rich breakfest

Good location if you need to catch the train. Amenities are good and we managed to get a restful night. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was great with eggs that were cooked upon ordering.

Clean, modern and quiet. It's located only minutes away from Westbahnhof station. The staff was very helpful each time I needed their assistance. The breakfast was very good. Will come back!

modern design, clean, quiet (room was in the back). Very close to Westbahnhoff train and metro station. Wireless available with weak signal causing problems. Breakfast very good, yet scrambled eggs and ham should be ordered separately (without additional cost), and their quality was not very good. Would stay again.

The room for one person is very small. The breakfast is not so bad but of course is not the breakfast for a 4 star hotel. The sauna was openned till 1am. super!

Everything was great, the breakfast super however they forgot to clean our room on Saturday.

Perfect hotel! Be honest it is the best European hotel we have ever been. It was full which we understood during breakfast but overall it was very quite. The only disadvantage was not very nice location ( it is surrounded with sex shop and night clubs). But very clos to West train station.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite to Westbanhof (West Station). Very modern room and reasonably size room. Staff is very efficient and friendly. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am after 16 hour flight and the staff was kind enough to check us in early so we could rest. Complimentary WiFi internet was very helpful and complimentary breakfast consists of good variety of continental and hot breakfast. The only thing was there is no kettle to make tea or coffee in the room. Otherwise we enjoyed the hotel very much and highly recommended. We will come back again.

Very modern hotel, established since 1991 only. Distance by walk from Westbanhof train station and subway. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Air conditionning in the room (very rare in Europe). Very beautiful room, quiet.Wonderful stay at this hotel. Only problem is the staff at the reception: if you want to ask them about what to do or a good restaurant, they are not able to (or don't want to)help you. Stongly recommanded.

very impressed with all aspects of the hotel. the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in. breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the restaurant served good food, reasonably priced and service was excellent. good location close to underground and one of the main shopping streets. would recommend.

We had a little trouble with them overbooking the hotel but was solved the day after. Room was nice, clean and charming. Breakfast was good(make sure you be there one hour before finishing time) Dinner was good and very to underground train and to the airport shuttle bus.

It is a very good hotel, with very nice rooms and very good breakfast, very close to the westbahnhof (western train station). There is a very convenient bus every 30 minutes from the Vienna Airport to the train station which costs 11 Euro RT. The hotel is about 7 minute walking distance from the train station and the subway station with the same name. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the center of the town on the U3 subway. A big plus is that a major shopping street Mariahilfer Str runs close to the hotel. The prices are cheaper on this street than in the town center. The hotel staff is very nice. Since I reached the hotel at about 10 am and they didn't have non-smoking room available until after noon, they offered me an apartment, which is attached to the hotel, at the same rate. The apartment turned out to be very nice with full cooking facility, two bath rooms, a study/mtg room, and a bedroom at the upper level. Unfortunately, being by myself on a busy business trip, I couldn't make much use of that nice facility. It would be an excellent choice for a family on vacation.

Good sized room, glass shower in room rather than separate bathroom - a little different. Service was friendly. A short walk into the middle of the city. Overall a pleasant experience.

good, clean hotel. rooms, nice and spacious. had a problem with checking out, (not theirs) and it was sorted quickly and without fuss. only problem was, room was extremely warm at night, and could not turn heat down. we couldn't sleep properly, and could not keep the window open over night because of the noise of the busy road outside. other than that room was great!

Friendly staff, nice clean room and good breakfast (till 11pm). They were very frinedly when one of us got sick, so we could thay in the room longer. Only discomfort was the leakage in the glass showercell, so wet floors needed to be cleaned everyday.

This is a great hotel. The rooms were immaculate, the size of the room was fine, the shower needs to be seen- very unusual but very nice. The staff was excellent, very helpful. The breakfast was superior, especially the croissants. It is in a great location to get around the city right by the "U" and the train station. It has a fitness room with sauna and steam rooms. Yeego's arranged price was a deep discount as compared to the hotel's regular price. I can't think of any way to make improvements.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Heat could be controlled and windows opened. You have to place the room key card in a slot on the wall as you enter the room in order to get power (which they neglected to tell me at check-in). The shower has a waterfall shower head and easy to control water temperature which is stable at the set temp. The only bad thing about the shower is that it is glass and in the middle of the room - this is ok in some cases but if sharing with friends can be rather inconvenient. There was a buffet breakfast and quite a selection - it was adequate but not amazing for Europe - if you order eggs, stick to boiled. The srambled and the fried eggs were a no go for me. The hotel is located near the Westbahnhof train station about 5 minutes walk. It's ok during the day but it is a bit seedy at night and not the best area to be walking alone when it's dark especially for a female. There are also some seedy establishments a couple doors down from the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly as well. Overall my stay was enjoyable but next time I would stay somewhere more on the beaten track where there are tourists (near St. Stephen's Cathedral area) where it is a little safer.

Decent hotel located about a 5 minute walk from the west train station. Shower in a glass cubicle in the middle of the bedroom is a little odd. Breakfast was good. Self service laundry place 5 minutes away. Neighbourhood is a liitle seedy but seemed safe enough.

We came by to train and hotel situation is very good. The Hotel staff are very kind, room is very beautifully, clean and quiet. Breakfast was pleantiful and versatile. I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean, bright and had great taste and design.

The hotel is brand new, well staffed, and stylish. Rooms are on the small side, very comfortable, and sound proof. The restaurant is modern and quite good. A very positive experience.

Now it's the third time that we (young couple) stayed there. I have already stayed in the superior double room but I couldn't really see that much difference to a normal double room, maybe the size but that's all. I like the beds though they have always been twin-size but they do not roll apart so it's ok. I had problems with the pillow it's too soft but it's no problem to order a second one. The idea to put mineral water at the reception desk is great. You get a free internet connection in every room but you have to bring your own notebook along. You can also order a free bathrobe for the sauna (one is not working maybe because the technician is on holiday as they told as at the reception but that's not true I have stay there three-times in three different months and no technician in the world will have that much holiday - maybe it will work around x-mas). Unfortunately there is no free ironing possibility. And the breakfast is the one bad thing. You can eat it but it's not what I'm used to call a fresh and typical Austrian breakfast, they had even mousse au chocolat even it was house-made I think it's not worth € 4,50 as you can find out in the elevator. Concerning the room - I have always ordered one to the street side I didn't like the other more quiet side but look for yourself. It's noisy but you can't hear anything when you close the windows and you have air condition a very good one that filters even the room smell (because of the brand new furniture) out. The connection to the underground Wien Westbahnhof is very close about 400 meters and perfectly if you have to be very quick anywhere in Vienna. I will stay there again I like the new modern design of bathroom with the washbowl in the same room as the bed and separated with the transparent shower. :)

It is the best cheaper hotel ever stayed. New, clean friendly staff.

The room was fist class as was most of the service. Food and restauant were good although they did not have any menues in English, howerver the staff were very helpful in this respect. Felt they were a little under staffed in the restaurant especially at breakfast time. As a traveller using the trains system the Location was fine for me, not too far from the station
