| The rooms were nice and clean, unfortunatly not quiet for works taking place nearless. The service was essential and breakfast good for the price paied. |

| The room was spacious and clean. A lot of maintenance issues and dated furniture. Breakfast was simple and staff friendly. |

| We really liked everything the hotel offered. Spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast, very well equipped rooms and especially the bathroom, good location for young people(might be hard to walk to the center for older ones). The only negative side I can say was the receptionists. We asked for an extra pillow. He said that he was alone in the hotel, there was no one to bring it. The most disappointing thing was: Another receptionist talked about us in German while we were present, because he assumed we did not know German.We wanted to take something out of our luggage on the last day after we had left it in a special room and the receptionist sent somebody with us and told him "aufpassen" (be careful), as if we would try to open other people's luggages. Naturally we were offended and found it very rude. |

| Hotel is quiet and friendly, very friendly staff. Rooms are quite small but clean. Great breakfast included in room price. Excellent location close to the Ringstrasse and the university. The neighbourhood is residential area with many inexpensive restaurants frequented by locals. Freud lived in the Berggasse which is very close. Room price is good value for money which makes the hotel suitable for longer stays. |
