| Excellent quality 4,5* star hotel. Rooms spacious, new furniture, staff friendly, amazingly luscious breakfast and cosy/modern lounge. Tube very closeby a bit far from the centre. Definitely, definitely recommended to anyone. |

| I went with my husband in October. They catered for my husbands coeliac condition quite well, (apart from his gluten-free cereal being out of date! By 3 months!! And no one in autority came to apologize, which we thought quite rude as we thought it warranted one) Overall breakfast was very nice. Staff seemed friendly and rooms were immaculate. Location was quite centrel with easy access to shops and transport. Would recommend it:-) |

| This is a clean, modern pleasant hotel. Its located in a quiet side street, its a 15 minute walk from the centre and is close to the subway and trams.The breakfast is excellent with a large variety of food to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. |

| Very Nice Hotel; 30 min walking from the centre or 15 min with metro. Very good breakfast and nice rooms. The only problem is the towles in the bathroom. They are very old and small. |

| The Falkensteiner has modern rooms and is a reasonably well located hotel. It is a short ride or 15 minute walk to the heart of old Vienna. Excellent breakfast, with a variety of food items. The staff are most helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns. I would recommend a stay here. |
