Excellent quality 4,5* star hotel. Rooms spacious, new furniture, staff friendly, amazingly luscious breakfast and cosy/modern lounge. Tube very closeby a bit far from the centre. Definitely, definitely recommended to anyone.

I went with my husband in October. They catered for my husbands coeliac condition quite well, (apart from his gluten-free cereal being out of date! By 3 months!! And no one in autority came to apologize, which we thought quite rude as we thought it warranted one) Overall breakfast was very nice. Staff seemed friendly and rooms were immaculate. Location was quite centrel with easy access to shops and transport. Would recommend it:-)

The design of the hotel is very nice and functional.The staff of reception are good profesionals.The great problem of this hotel is that the housekeeping is very bad.They didn't clean enough the room every day.The dust were everywhere, the sheets only were changed once for a whole week and the towels and linen were broken.The breakfast room also was very dirty and the tables too.I think this is not a 4star category hotel.I regret to have to explain so... it's a pity.I won't come back to this hotel when I'll go to Vienna again.

This is a clean, modern pleasant hotel. Its located in a quiet side street, its a 15 minute walk from the centre and is close to the subway and trams.The breakfast is excellent with a large variety of food to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very Nice Hotel; 30 min walking from the centre or 15 min with metro. Very good breakfast and nice rooms. The only problem is the towles in the bathroom. They are very old and small.
