Hotel was great, clean, great staff, good facilities. The food was great. Location was good, close to the train station and a very good public transportation system in Vienna. The only thing was the beds did not give a good nights sleep.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel. Although they weren't able to provide us with a double-bed on the first night, they gave us a lovely room for the remaining 2 nights. The hotel staff were at worst professional, & at best friendly, & a delight to talk to. The location of the hotel is perfect - 5 mins walk from the U-Bahn / metro, which is about 6-7 mins from the town centre. The rooms in the hotel were lovely, the breakfast was good, & the bar / dining area was very nice. If visiting Vienna again, we would definitely return to this hotel.
