The hotel is good, but the rooms are too small and with no space for the clothes.
The bar/restaurant is something to avoid.

We were very satisfied with this hotel services, the stuff was very friendly and helpful with a lot of information, the breakfast included almost everything that one could eat in the morning. The rooms were very clean and all the accessories were provided like in a four stars hotel and when we had a small problem with the heating, they changed our room immediatly. The hotel is located in a very quiet area and we would go there again.

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are small but adequate. On the positive side, the front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative. The breakfast was very good. The location is good with bus stops only a couple of minutes away and the subway within 10 minutes walking distance. However, in this hotel, apparently double rooms meant two single beds put together. Also, no help or trolley service is available which may make it difficult for elderly people to transfer luggage to their rooms. Overall experience was good.

We had a lovely stay in the hotel.
Although they weren't able to provide us with a double-bed on the first night, they gave us a lovely room for the remaining 2 nights.
The hotel staff were at worst professional, & at best friendly, & a delight to talk to.
The location of the hotel is perfect - 5 mins walk from the U-Bahn / metro, which is about 6-7 mins from the town centre.
The rooms in the hotel were lovely, the breakfast was good, & the bar / dining area was very nice.
If visiting Vienna again, we would definitely return to this hotel.
