Staff very kind, hotel with perfect comunications and very quiet. I had only a problem: I ask for the sauna, but after waiting for it 40 minutes (the time they said), the sauna was closed and so during the rest of the evenning. I suppose that they forget my petition...

My single room was more like a suite and was very comfortable. Two TVs ! Bathroom was really nice.
Breakfast had good choice of hot and cold food. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

very disappointing that there was no airconditioning in any part of the hotel.No tea or coffee facilities in the room

hotel is OK, only problem was no air condition, in wiene was 37C, and it was very hot in room.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Location is great--close to U-Bahn, 3 stops to center of Vienna and close to shpping street. Rooms large and clean, Staff pleasant.
