| Rooms are large and clean, good beds. Bathroom is clean, good shower. Breakfast is very good. Personal is very friendly and helpfull. One remark: on the street is there is a lot of trafic, so the rooms at the front are noisy. Subway and streetcar are in the neighbourhood. I would book this hotel again. |

| We stayed in may 2008 in this hotel for 4days/3 nights and we enjoyed it very much. The location is quite central, 2 minutes of walking from U3 metro station, that leads directly into The RING zone (central walking area), and also from public surface transportation 10A bus, that leaded us in 5 minutes to Schonbrunn Palace. The staff speaks very good english and was very helpful for us with all the information we needed. The breakfast was more than decent with coffee(from a machine), tea, flakes, eggs, wursts, some meat, yellow cheese, juice, fruits, yogurt and more (still we would have liked some fresh vegetables...). The room was big enough, although in a strange "L" shape. The hotel has free unlimited internet on a computer in a lobby. We gave it an overall "8" because the rooms are not quite well fonic isolated, so we could distinctly hear every word, whisper, shower noise and walking sounds of our neighbours, as well as the cars' engines outside... But excepting this, all was fine. |

| The rooms are big, very comfortable and clean (nice bathroom with drier). It's very quiet around and in the hotel. The breakfast buffet is also good. |

| We were happy with the hotel both in terms of room, service and location. The room that we have is spacious. A baby cot was readily made available by the counter staff and there were sufficient place for my boy to roam around in the room. Except for the service staff during Breakfast; the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The staff in the breakfast room were unfriendly and insensitive to needs of family travellers. Location is good. U Bahn and Bus are within walking distances. We bought the Vienna Card and was therefore able to make full use of the well networked transport system in Vienna. |
