| Perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable & quiet room. A bit hard bed though (no mattress overlay, typical for Central European hotels...). Hotel restaurant very good - at certain times crowded but no wonder. Excellent breakfast buffet - only sparkling wine missing... One morning the breakfast room was congested and we had to separately ask for coffee and cutlery etc. but otherwise no problems. All in all a very nice hotel - would definitely stay there again! |

| The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. the breakfast is lovely and nicely presented. The location of the hotel is quite central not too far to walk to most places. However, the front desk staff needs to be told that they are in the hospitality business and that means welcoming people. We felt that we were a nuisance being there. They are unfriendly, never smile, and treat you like they are doing you a favor by even checking you in. I was so surprised one day when one of the girls smiled that I even commented on it. We stayed at the hotel for three nights, went away on a cycling trip and came back for two nights. No welcome back, no smiles, and truthfully if we had not paid in advance we would have changed hotels strictly based on front desk staff. The restaurant staff is trying hard and they actually smile and know a little bit about service. We will book through Yeego again, and if we did recommend this hotel we would definitely advise of the unfriendly welcome. |

| not a 4 stars but a 3 stars standard good breakfast and room service reception personel very slow and absent minded. We had reserved from August 3rd but could arrive only the 4th. We have a written declaration of the hotel. We hope you will charge 5 nights instead of 6. |
