| Hotel Kaiserhof is a good hotel with excellent service. The hotel is well located although a little outside the old city. Nonetheless, a 10 minute walk will get you to most sights. Breakfasts are delicious and staff are very helpful. |

| Room was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and extremely quiet. Service couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, with choice and quality in a very pleasant room. Location was perfect, close to the centre but tucked away in a quiet street. All in all, one of the best hotels we've stayed in, and we've tried many! |

| Very comfortable room, nice beds. Excellent bathroom. very central location but in quiet street , no traffic noise. Public areas well decorated and spotlessly clean, a warm haven to come home to in the snow. Great breakfast. Second visit and will definitely stay there again. |
