You can access the internet via the TV, using an infrared-keyboard. Use the in-room telephone port to connect your laptop. Non smoking rooms are available and pets are allowed.

Had a really great stay in the johann strauss hotel. We stayed in a triple room which was really spacious and clean. One negative is that although they say the windows are soundproofed we could still hear traffic very easily from the 5th floor! all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and really attributed to our pleasant stay. If only all hotel staff could be like that!! the underground was located a stone's throw from the front door of the hotel and the hotel was really centrally located - approx 15 minutes walk to the state opera house. There was a lovely breakfast buffet laid on - both hot and cold food and even champagne if you wished! plenty of everything to keep you going for the day! overall we really enjoyed our stay and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to vienna.

Nice big room, good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Entrance to nearest metro just 35 metres outside hotel door. Bought an 8 day ticket which allowed unlimited use of the excellent public transport in vienna (metro, tram, buses). Various cafes, restaurants and shops in vicinity.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent.
However the description: "enjoy a casual 10 minute walk into the center of Vienna. " is inaccurate. It is more like a 20 minute walk even walking reasonably fast to the Opera House!

Clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Convenient for city centre - an underground station less than a minute away or about 10 minutes walk to the Staqatsoper. Very good buffet breakfast. Pleasant staff.

I would say overall that it was very clean, both in the rooms and otherwhere
Richly breakfast. Located near the Karlsplatz with U-ground very near the hotel.
