| Middle-class hotel, located very close to the underground station with a fast connection to the city centre. Rooms are adequate sized but frugal equipped. Bathroom was nice and clean. Rooms to the front side get noisy in the morning; rooms to the garden have a nice view and are much quieter. The service was friendly and helpful. Entrance and dining room are loveless designed and emanate a feeling of the late 70th. |

| I was a little bit dubious when I requested a single room but I need not have worried. Room large with an immaculately clean ensuite. Breakfast was well presented and generous and the staff were very helpful. About 15 min walk from the Opera House and the central area. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and hope to return as Vienna is awesome!! |

| The location was perfect - just a block from the subway system. The rooms were really comfortable, breakfast good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends. |
