excellent location and service, very quiet. It is lovely that breakfast is served in the rooms (upon request). We stayed here already 15 times over the past years and relaly like it. We can only recommend it.

Very neat, clean and spacious rooms. Very helpful staff at reception with fluent English. Great Breakfast to start the day. Gym/Sauna only open in the mornings. Handy walking distance to all city sites. Overall a great place to stay.

Good location, nice and clean.
The only negative point is that we were on the 4th floor and could hear people walking on high heels and pushing trolleys (probably housekeeping) on the floor above, all night, which was a bit annoying

Very friendly, clean and quiet.Good location. Excellent buffet breakfast, which is even served in the room if requested. We stay there each time we go to Vienna to visit family.
