The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Would prefer a decent shower to the small bathtub with scalding hot pipes on the wall for heating towels which would become soppy wet upon turning on the shower.Location is excellent.

Exquisite location, very clean and quiet, great staff, wonderful breakfast. Cafe Leopold Hawelka and Reinthaler's Beisl 30 feet away! This was my third two week stay at the Hotel Graben. Only complaint: no writing table/desk in room

Excellent location, friendly staff, however at the time of our stay in state of renovation, while continuing to be operative, thus extremely messy and noisy. Some rooms reasonably spacious but many extremely small, reasonable room only obtained following threat to leave and reclaim money, Icebox of minibar not opertaive, safebox part of the time not operative, heating regulation not operative (most issues repaired on request), even in relative spacious room no desk to work with laptop.
Renovation planned to be ready in May 2009; other issues will probably not change.
