Room was fine. Reasonably well appointed but lacking some of the little touches that make the sofitel in budapest and warsaw better places to stay. They are also larger which means that breakfast is not such a crush. The breakfast arrangements in vienna could be rethought. I stayed there five years ago and it has not changed; good food undone by the fact that in the space, service is very difficult to deliver satisfactorily.
