This is very good hotel I stay in this hotel for the second times.The hotel have very good surrounding,beautiful hotel,good breakfast and reasonable price.The transportation to the city so easy just take the bus in front of the hotel to the underground and take the underground to the city in just only eighteen minutes.

Very-very disappointed, it was a big mistake to stay there. Room was stuffy, smells with outdated furniture, old bathroom with cracked tiles in shower. Hotel, at least our room, not even close to 4 star rating, hardly 2,5-3 stars. The ground has potential,but not kept well--so not inviting to stay or rest. The best part--great city view from the hill and terrace and decent breakfast.

Very impressive building with beautiful views over Vienna. The breakfasts provided excellent choice and quantity and staff were very helpful. The hotel is situated outside the city centre and you need to take the U bahn 3 to Ottakring and then bus 146B or 46B to the hotel which drops you right outside the door. Although this was a bit inconvenient it was nice to get back to peace and quiet at the end of the day. The room we were allocated was rather narrow and had a very small bathroom. As the hotel was originally a castle, the rooms have very high ceilings and are divided into two floors by a staircase leading up to the bedroom area. The stairs are quite steep and creak which makes visits to the bathroom in the middle of the night rather awkward. Tea and coffee making facilities are not provided, which was disappointing, as this is pretty much standard in hotels these days.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf Wien. Zimmer und vor allem Bad auf 3-Stern-Niveau.
