| Good location, easy access to central vienna. Water was luke warm for first two days, so was reaccommodated in twin room as no double available. Customer service team were excellent and once they had identified the cause, did get it sorted swiftly. Breakfast had excellent range of food and great value for money. Only real negative was the area near the hotel was being redeveloped but was not aware of noise once in room. Room was clean, air con worked effectively. Would like a non-slip rubber mat inside bath for when showering. |

| Quiet room, not too big, comfort was more than enough without however pure luxury In other cases this kind of hotel would have more a 3 star denomination Breackfast more than ok Towels in bathroom ok, soap service could have been more luxurious, more to the standards of a 4 star Nice in the city centre Personnel ok |

| The hotel is situated near metro and tram and the we had only a short walk to, for example, Stephans Dome. The staff was among the best I have met. We had nice and quiet rooms although rather small. We had also a brilliant breakfast. This hotel I can recommend to everybody!! |
