| We got married in vienna in January and stayed in the Imperial. I was a little apprehensive after reading some other reviews that it would be a bit stuffy but this proved not to be the case. The staff were very pleasant but not in your face. The room was lovely and the fruit bowl was fantastic. The breakfasts were memeorable but we were very glad the deal we got included breakfast as it would have worked out expensive otherwise. The location was pretty good, within walking distance of most things you woul want to see and near transport links. We had one meal in the resturant as it was a special trip which was beautiful and about what you would expect to pay in this sort of hotel. One tip we feel we should pass on is the brillinat food via room service. We ate in the room as it was late on a sunday eveneing after a concert and got the same incredible resturant food for a very reasonable price. It came up on a proper table, linene table cloth, vase of flowers etc and we really enjoyed it. We are hoping to go back to Vienna for our anniversary next year and will definately try to bage another deal at the Imperial. |
