Pro: Excellent position (2 min to the Neubaugasse underground station). Excellent services and very nice and helpful people. Intimate. Large rooms, very clean. Cons: No air-conditioning. Nearby buildings in construction generate much noise. At 6 AM they start the working program and you just have to close all the windows or to put a second pillow on your ears.
