The hotel is quite central being about 7 minutes walk from St Stephan Cathedral.The rooms need to be refurbished. The bathrooms are clean, but the bath tub is a bit too high to get in and out of.Staff was helpful but not too friendly. The breakfast was always the same with very little choice. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

We loved the accommodations, friendly staff and location. I HATED to have to pay to use WIFI in my room and did not, having to go to the lobby.

Almost excellent!!! It could not be closer to all things we wanted to use,see and visit (metro stations,restaurants,shops,museums etc), extremelly near to the bus stop from/to the airport ,very quiet and last but not least:absolute cleanliness concerning the rooms and the diningroom as well. People at the reception were always polite and helpful and the breakfast was quite satisfactory. To sum up:the best choice for your stay in Vienna centre according to us.

Reception staff very friendly and efficient. Room was dark - the energy-efficient bulbs never quite lit up enough. But the room was large enough, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. "Buffet breakfast" was simple but suffucient for our needs (different from breakfast in Israeli hotels, where you get a tremendous selection). Couldn't get a fridge but they stored our perishables in theirs. All in all, wouldn't mind staying there again.
