| It was a quite nice hotel, the room was a little bit untended and old fashion style. Some things were broken and never replaced from previous stays probably.. The bar area, restaurant and the reception were quite good. |

| The location was great. Easiest trip to the airport ever...right across the street. However, the airconditioning in our room was broken and there was no carpet on the floor, just linoleum. Shouldn't a 4 star hotel at least have carpet? |

| The hotel's lobby was nice, but the rooms were nothing special. The price of Internet access was very high too. However, the hotel is located right across from the arrival and departure terminal of Vienna's airport, and if that's primarily what you need, it's a good choice (especially for early morning departures, so you won't have to deal with rush hour traffic). |
