Actually, (as the hotel name says) this is a small hotel with several apartments. There is also a restaurant (where you get your breakfast) and some wellness facilities in the same building. The hotel is situated in a quiet living area of Vienna, near the center part of the city. Rooms are clean, spacious and convenient. The personnel is very helpful and you feel like at home. I recommend this hotel for sure!

Quite a surprise when you enter the appartment, nicely furnished and plenty of space. Very friendly service. We started with a nice glass of wine in the garden, then concluded we could walk to the city center, which took us 40 minutes. Although there is public transport available we also walked next day. Great stay, excellent quality for the price.

The room and service was spectacular from the directions on how to get to the hotel from the train station to the wonderful breakfast. The receptionist was perfect. It took a bit to find the place and not knowing Vienna at all the neighborhood was a bit unsure at the beginning; but when we saw elderly ladies walking freely about we felt better. The location is close to underground and trams. The price is unbelievabe for what you get. We were sorry that we could not stay longer. We will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The shower is small. Water leaked all the time from shower, making the floor wet and slipery.
