The reason we were in Vienna was a medical congress and at the same time a weekend break.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even printed something that I needed for my presentation at the congress.
The rooms are spacieous and well equiped. Everything is nice and clean. The internet acces is also very convenient. I could work and check my email at all times. (If you bring your laptop ofcourse..)
The breakfast was not high end standards but for this price sufficient.
So for the price, service, quality and the location that near the citycenter it would be definitely my choice again when I go back to Vienna!

Very nice and helpful personnel (24 hours), very clean large suite type rooms, they even have sauna turned on at your request, which is very nice after long day of sightseeing, location is great: walk to St Stephen Cathedral 10 min, close tram stops and subway station will take you everywhere you want to go.
Breakfast is good and fresh, but could have a little more selection.
