The Golden Tulip Wien City (ex President Hotel) is located next to the famous Raimund Theater, close to the International Railway Station and Vienna’s biggest shopping street Mariahilferstrasse. The heart of Vienna with the Stephansplatz, Opera and many other sightseeing points are only a 10 minutes subway drive away. Arriving in Vienna the hotel is easily reached by train, bus or taxi from the Airport. The nearest airport to the hotel is Vienna Schwechat Airport, which is located approximately 20km away. Four lovely days at Viena with the Tulip-Hotel as home with reach and lovely Breakfast, kind and helpful crew. Each time we went-out to visit any site we took a Metro/Tram. The room facing the street was pleasant, but the one to the back gave a closure feeling + The garbage collecting workers, in the morning made too much noise. The suitcases that were left on the last morning at the reception should be kept in a close room and given only after identifying the owner.

Room was OK,clean. Service in the hotel was OK too, when I had questions the staff was always very helpfull. Breakfast in the hotel was good. Location is close to the metro station, easy access to the center.
