I was very pleased with the hotel, expect for the temperature in the room. It was very warm and as far as I could see, there were not airconditioning.

location near West Bahnhof, directly with bus from airport; large and quiet room, breakfast very good; free travelpass for metro, bus and tram; nice personel.excellent choice for visiting Vienna.

Check in staff very gruff- no smiles.Room very good and clean. Re restaurant for breakfast, Staff OK, but they made you feel you were doing them an honour by staying there. Generally, the attitude to service in Praha pretty bad - so hotel not too different. Should not blame them as remnant of Soviet Occupation

Room comfortable--maybe could have been a little larger as we had so much luggage after travelling for some weeks.--- Great location as we made good use of public transport---Grateful for transport pass for our stay.---restaurant and food good.--- Staff always helpful and pleasant.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Very close to Vienna West station. Helpful and friendly reception staff who provided a travel pass for the duration of the stay. Breakfast - good and varied. Would not however recommend dinner.
