| The room was pleasant and clean; breakfast was good and quite varied; and the location is very convenient for access to the old city (only a 200 yard walk through a tunnel} Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. |

| Salzburg is very expensive, so I guess this hotel is fine and its quality/price value is good enough. The position is very good, 5 minutes walk from old town. The room was ok, very large bathroom, there was also a sofa but... hey, the single bed is JUST a single bed! That was disappointing, but then, you know, it happens. The other minus was the parking: very, very small. And if you don't find room in the parking, you have to park in a private garage and, of course, pay for it. Otherwise, all the streets in the neighbours of the hotel have payable parking areas, but it's max 3 hours. Breakfast was good and most of all, Salzburg is just a small, wonderful, amazing city. |

| Room needed decoration,we were in the annex across a busy road,not ideal although having breakfast in annex was acceptable.Breakfast was excellent.Hotel was handy for centre.Hotel car park too small and had to park in large car park nearby-cost 14 euros for 24 hours. |

| I just stayed for one night. Everything was okay and I would come again. I also recommended the hotel to friends. |
